MOBILE ESCAPE ROOM CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE

At its Core Bustout Colorado is a mobile escape room corporate team building experience where you enter and try to escape an authentic 1960’s jail cell. Explore teamwork exercises and learn communication, leadership, and collaboration skills that bring success to your business team.

Each escape event is facilitated by a coach who will observe the team experience and tailor a follow-up coaching discussion specific to the team’s accomplishments and challenges. This experience has a proven track record of uncovering blind spots, improving team camaraderie, and creating an unmatched team building experience.

Our New Offering – Custom Micro-Learning Modules

EVEREST – This content-customized module takes the team up Mt. Everest, making six stops along the way for learning opportunities and anecdotal tales before reaching our summit.

Leadership is Dead is micro-learning based on the best-selling book, “Everything I Know About Business I Learned From the Grateful Dead.”

Craps is designed to couple the rules of the most dynamic casino game on earth with strategic risk taking and risk management.

Reputation through Communication – This workshop will explore common communication pitfalls and strategies we can implement to turn mediocre communication into a world-class reputation.

Managers that Coach Participants immerse themselves in a See It – Do It – Teach It environment to insure they walk away with world-class coaching tools and the confidence to use and train them.

Blind Spot – a prejudice, or area of ignorance, that one has but is often unaware of. This workshop offers unique ways to identify blind spots through the use of conversation, leadership tools, and feedback.
